Pay Your ECA Annual Membership Dues or Make Contributions Online

The Annual Membership Dues for membership with the ECA are $250.00. An invoice for this amount is mailed with your credentials each December and payable in January. Your annual dues payment helps to offset the operation expenses of the ECA. Because Annual Membership Dues payments alone do not meet our fiscal needs, we would also appreciate you considering contributions from time to time. This enables us to continue to keep Membership Dues affordable for each of our members.

Product Fees


All dollar amounts referenced are in US funds.  Your Annual Membership Dues (for the amount of $250) and Annual Ministerial Report are due in any given year beginning January 1 and to be in the possession of the ECA before April 2. A graduated late fee for the late submission of either will be assessed as follows:  

  • $0 if received January 1 to April 1. 
  • $20 if received April 2 to June 30. 
  • $40 if received July 1 to September 30. 
  • $60 if received October 1 to December 31.
