Individual Members Annual Ministerial Reports
2018 Annual Reports
To meet the membership requirements of the Evangelical Church Alliance, according to Article II, paragraph L of the ECA By-Laws, ECA members are required to complete an Annual Ministerial Report. You must submit a detailed yearly report utilizing the Annual Ministerial Report Form. This year’s report covers activities exclusively for the time period January 1 through December 31, 2018, must be completed in its entirety and in the possession of the ECA before April 2, 2019. Failure to submit a properly completed report by this deadline will result in accrued late fees listed below. You will then be considered a member not-in-good-standing with the ECA, and will not receive future credentials until a report is received and approved along with late fees paid.
All dollar amounts referred to in this report are in US funds. A graduated late fee for the late submission will be assessed as follows:
- $0 if received January 1 to April 1.
- $20 if received April 2 to June 30.
- $40 if received July 1 to September 31.
- $60 if received October 1 to December 31.
You can pay your Annual Ministerial Report late fee by either postal mail or credit/debit card. To pay by credit/debit card, click here and scroll down to select Report Late Fee.
For your convenience, there are two versions of the Annual Ministerial Report, one civilian and the other military. To clarify, members who are to complete the military version of the report are those who have been ecclesiastically endorsed by the ECA for chaplaincy in the U. S. Armed Forces (accessioned), Veterans Administration, Civil Air Patrol, Federal Bureau of Prisons and Members that are in the Chaplain Candidate Program. All other members will complete the Civilian Members Annual Ministerial Report. If you have difficulty completing or submitting the report online, contact the ECA office for help.
