Annual Ministerial Report
To meet the membership requirements of the Evangelical Church Alliance, you must submit a detailed yearly report utilizing an Annual Ministerial Report Form. Your 2012 Annual Report may NOT be submitted before January 1, 2013 and must be completed in full and submitted to the ECA by April 1, 2013. Those who have not submitted this report at this time will not be in good standing with the ECA.
Before submitting your annual report for 2012, please be certain that you have submitted your 2011 report and all other reports from previous years since you became a member.
(The ECA's policy for membership requires that members file an Annual Ministerial Report for each year in order to remain in good standing.)
To utilize this report, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You may download Adobe Reader here.
You may open the report, and after printing it, complete the form by hand. (This form must not be altered in any way. It must also be filled out completely, and each response limited to the space allowed. Please do not insert any comments like, "See Attachment.") Once completed, please send it by:
