Annual Ministerial Report
To meet the membership requirements of the Evangelical Church Alliance, you must submit a detailed yearly report utilizing an Annual Ministerial Report Form. Before submitting your annual report for 2007, please cbe certain that you have submitted your 2006 report. Since your agreement to membership requires annual reporting, we must have a report on file for each year in order for you to remain in good standing.
To utilize this report, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You may download Adobe Reader here.
You may open the report, and after printing it, complete the form. (This form must not be altered in any way. It must also be filled out completely, and each response limited to the space allowed. Please do not insert any comments like, "See Attachment.") Once completed, please send it by:
