Associate Membership for Churches and Non-Profit Organizations

The ECA offers Associate Membership to independent churches and non-profit organizations allowing for alliance with other evangelical churches and ministries of the same faith and purpose, including a means to work together in promoting the cause of Christ.

The ECA does not exercise control over property and affairs of the church or organization but does require each to abide by the ECA Tenets of Faith and is subject to the ECA disciplinary procedure.

The ECA does not provide covering under its tax exemption, therefore, each Associate Member must have their own corporate tax exemption status including a your Federal Employment Identification Number (FEIN).

To apply for Associate Membership for your chruch, download and print the application for church membership with the ECA. Complete the application and submit it with any requested support documents and a processing fee of $50.00 to ECA, P.O. Box 9, Bradley, IL 60915

  • Application fees are to be in U.S. funds and can be made by one of the following options:

    • Check submitted non-electronically

    • Credit or debit card

      • To pay by this method, click on the “GIVING” tab on the crossbar at the top of the homepage of the ECA website (www.ecainternational.org ).  A page entitled “Payments and Contributions to the ECA” will appear with user-friendly instructions to enable you to complete the transaction.  Note the ECA charges a $3 convenience fee for credit card payments to cover processing fees charged per transaction by the credit card institutions. 

    • Money order

Associate Membership for church and non-profit members receive a membership certificate and are allowed one delegate to vote at the International Conference. Associate Members are required to submit an annual report and pay annual membership dues of $50.00.
